Restore balance.
Unfold healing.
Transform every body system.

The core concept: When a zone is “out of balance” (due to stress, trauma, chemical or emotional strain, or injury), communication between the brain and body in that zone is disrupted — leading to symptoms.
Treatment involves identifying the unbalanced zone(s) and restoring brain-to-body communication in that zone through targeted stimulation, palpation, or adjustment along the spine or neck.

A specific area on the head indicates which zone is out of balance.

Each zone has four corresponding vertebrae that are adjusted to stimulate the spinal cord.

To enhance the effect, read the corresponding information about that zone.
It was first developed by Thurman Fleet in 1931 and is based on the idea that bodily dysfunctions are connected to one or more of six “zones” (systems) in the body. The six zones correspond to:
1. Glandular system
2. Eliminative system
3. Nervous system
4. Digestive system
5. Muscular system
6. Circulatory system
